What to do with an irrelevant feedback we have received?

Thanks to the feature called "Mark as irrelevant", all feedback given to the staff, venue or service by mistake, or the feedback that simply does not reflect the question asked, will be removed from the final results. It will only remain visible in the "Feedback management".

 

You can access this feature directly in the "Feedback management" in the left part of the feedback (icon with three dots). There are several actions you can perform and one of those is to mark the feedback as irrelevant to your business performance. Such feedback will be labeled with "Feedback is unrelated" message. You can even filter this type of feedback using the filter at the top of the page. You can also revert this action at any time.
