How can I add users to the internal communication?

Here is the step-by-step guide for adding users to the internal discussion:

1. Sign in to the Staffino application.

2. Move to the "Feedback Management" section.

3. Find and open the feedback for which you would like to start the internal communication.

4. Click on the option "Add users" highlighted in blue.

5. Choose users you would like to add from the list of all users within the organization and confirm your selection by clicking the "Use" button.

6. Start the communication by typing your message into the "Message" text field and confirming it with the "Send" button.

 

You can add anyone from your organization to the internal communication. If you include an employee in the internal communication, the feedback will appear in his/her "Feedback" section (the same applies even if the feedback was not given to that specific employee).
