How can I change the permissions for managers?

There are 2 types of permissions which can be given or denied to managers:

1. Extended permissions: these allow the manager to edit other profiles.

2. Responding: these allow replying to the feedback received from customer.

Managers can act based on these permissions only in the venues he/she is a part of.

 

Here is the step-by-step guide for adjusting the permissions:

1. Sign in to the Staffino application.

2. In the main menu, select "Structure & Team".

3. Choose the option "Manager Profiles".

4. Search and open the profile you would like to update.

5. If you want to add the permissions for all/more venues, use the checkboxes and choose "Action" – "Change permissions" option. Confirm this by clicking the "Save" button.

6. If you want to change the permissions just for one venue, click on its name and set the permissions. Confirm this by clicking the "Save" button.

6. Confirm the change by clicking the "Save" button.

 

To change the permissions for multiple managers at once, use the checkbox and click on the "Action" – "Change manager permissions" option. Confirm the change by clicking the "Save" button afterward.
